Today marks Adrian Jimenez Uribe’s final day as a Site Development Intern at B&S, where he spent the season rotating through our safety, superintendent, project management, and estimating teams, gaining a firsthand look at how B&S’ teams come together to deliver projects safely and on time. Along the way, he honed his skills in effective business communication and team collaboration with hands-on experience working as part of B&S’ site crews.
A rising senior at VCU studying electrical engineering, Adrian was drawn to B&S in part because of the company’s data center development work — a natural fit given his background and his goal of becoming an electrical engineer. Adrian hopes to work at an energy firm as an electrical engineer, bringing his knowledge of trade partners like B&S Site Development as an asset to his future role.
